Cancellation Policy

By booking a cosmetic consultation, you agree to the following: 1. Consultation Fee: The total consultation fee is ₹650, of which a ₹325 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the appointment. The remaining ₹325 is payable at the clinic during the consultation. 2. Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the ₹325 deposit and are subject to availability. 3. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. The deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. 4. Cancellation & No-Show: The ₹325 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations and missed appointments. A new deposit will be required for any new booking. 5. Consultation Scope: The consultation fee covers a cosmetic assessment, discussion of concerns, treatment recommendations, and treatment planning only. Any procedures, treatments, medications, investigations, products, or other services will be charged separately. 6. Clinical Assessment: All cosmetic treatments and procedures are subject to professional evaluation, medical suitability, and clinical discretion. Consultation does not guarantee eligibility for any specific treatment or outcome. 7. Changes & Jurisdiction: The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By paying the ₹325 deposit and booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
